The staff offered free drinking water. they also provided complimentary tea! ,. the location was near the metro. It was convenient. getting around the city felt so effortless.

i appreciated the staff's kindness . they helped with directions and local recommendations. the location made it easy to walk to many attractions and the metro was close too. i had access to complimentary coffee at the lobby.
The sound insulation between rooms could use improvement. I heard some noise from neighboring rooms.

The hotel's location is quite central, near gran via. It is on a quiet street. it is very close to a park. the metro station is just around the corner!

quiet street complimentary drink modern bathroom miserable staff empty machine no milk
The location was wonderful! It was like an oasis down a quiet street, even though we were right in the heart of the city. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water were available. They were a godsend since the weather was warm. The bathroom was modern and a decent size too.
One staff member was miserable, and everything seemed too much trouble for them. The coffee machine in the lounge area often ran out of water. The pod container was often full. There was never any milk available. We bought our own.
