the location was convenient. i was close to many sites. the hotel helped with luggage storage after checkout. the staff was friendly .
soundproofing was poor. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the corridor. a garbage truck caused disturbances early in the morning. the room felt quite small.

i appreciated the staff's kindness . they helped with directions and local recommendations. the location made it easy to walk to many attractions and the metro was close too. i had access to complimentary coffee at the lobby.
The sound insulation between rooms could use improvement. I heard some noise from neighboring rooms.

the reception staff were really helpful with questions. their friendly atmosphere enhanced the stay. they were professional too. they were also willing to help with suggestions about places to visit.

My double room was neat, and i found it comfortable. there was a fridge in the room which was useful. The bed was comfortable too! i liked how clean my room was.

The hotel's location is quite central, near gran via. It is on a quiet street. it is very close to a park. the metro station is just around the corner!

The location was wonderful! It was like an oasis down a quiet street, even though we were right in the heart of the city. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water were available. They were a godsend since the weather was warm. The bathroom was modern and a decent size too.
One staff member was miserable, and everything seemed too much trouble for them. The coffee machine in the lounge area often ran out of water. The pod container was often full. There was never any milk available. We bought our own.
